It’s nice when ones work is recognised as it validates in some way the effort put in to create something you feel happy and confident to release to the world. One thing that always hits home is when someone from the industry praises my work, in this case Sean McClure who like many artists has worked on many of the games you have probably played over the years.
I have, and continue to feel very lucky to have worked and be labelled part of Sensible Software, a developer I admired greatly during their C64 era. So fast forward to 2025 and to be asked for an interview to talk about my career in games development I will of course always try to accommodate, if I can.
I won’t waffle on too much as I do that in this interview with Sean, but all I can say is I had known of Sean’s work in the industry before though we had never met, despite this the conversation flowed like a couple of old mates meeting after years of being apart.
Cheers Sean.
